The Registration Fee for Delegates Covers:
• Admission to Scientific Sessions from 9th – 11th September 2021 except for the Congress Workshops
• Admission to Exhibition Area and Poster Area
• Congress Documents
• Access to the Online Abstracts
• Refreshments each day
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday 8th September 2021
The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons Covers:
• Admission to Exhibition Area and Poster Area
• Refreshments each day
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Tuesday 17th July 2019
A special group rate is available until 28th March 2019 for groups of a minimum of 8 people. There must be one invoice address and one payment made for the whole group. This rate only applies to the Congress and not the Pre-Congress workshops

Method of Payment
All fees are stated in EUR with Tax included.
We recommend payment by credit card or debit order (German bank accounts). The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa. The transmission of your data in the internet is securely encrypted.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of participation by 01/01/2000, registration fees will be refunded. However, a handling fee of € 30 per person will apply. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable. Name changes entail a handling fee of € 10 per registration. In case of no-show or early departure, a refund of registration fees is not possible. The organizers will only accept refund requests in writing.
Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, please specify them when filling out your registration form. The re-issuing of an invoice entails a € 10 handling fee.
Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and VAT rate. All prices and details beyond our control are subject to change.
