Method of Payment
All fees are stated in £ Sterling with Tax included.
We recommend payment by credit card or debit card. The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa. The transmission of your data in the internet is securely encrypted.
Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail.
An administration fee of £15.00 will apply to all cancelled bookings. Cancellations made after 1st August 2021 will not be refunded. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Eyas Ltd. In case of no-show or early departure, a refund of registration fees is not possible.
If travel restrictions are enforced by the Northern Ireland or by the delegate’s own country that prevent travel then a refund of the registration fee will be available
